Our Mazak 250 MSY CNC turning center allows us to accommodate high volume production of parts with its milling, sub-spindle, and Y-axis capability and bar feeder.
Overhead Cranes
Our facility includes overhead cranes giving us the capacity to handle parts up to 44,000 lbs.
Schenck Balancer
Our Schenck 3-Plane Horizontal Balancing machine allows us to statically or dynamically balance rollers, rotors, or any rotating object.
Our Mazak V-414 vertical machining center allows us to produce complex parts, in high volume, at fair prices.

Our Poreba TRP110 gives us the ability to fabricate and rejournal rolls up to 43" X 400" in size.

Our 29" X 62" Mazak 350M machining center allows us to turn larger work, mill keyways, and to drill and tap bolt patterns, using one setup for higher precision.
Poreba TCC Lathe
Our 63" X 468" Poreba TCC lathe gives us the capacity to fabricate and rejournal very large rolls, in addition to other large projects.
